We get it! You promise yourself you will workout regularly and eat a healthier diet. But before you know it, life has gotten in the way…again.  Between kids, work, home and family it seems there is no time for you. Not only that, once you are ready it’s hard to know where to turn for reliable information.  And the problem is when you don’t know what to do…….you do nothing.

That’s why FASST was developed.  FASST or Food As Simple Sustainable Therapy was created by CostCare providers after working extensively with patients to reverse and prevent disease.  We have helped patient reverse diabetes, high blood pressure, GERD and even chronic pain. 

At FASST, you can download the dietary Quick Start Guide for free. You can also become a nutrition expert with our 5 week nutrition course intended to help you understand why you should eat the foods you should. 

However we know maintaining a healthy lifestyle is hard. The FASST Life membership brings together both mind and body. It’s not enough to know what to do. You need a mindset to keep you on track. To do this, you need to be Mindful, Intentional, Nutritional and Dynamic.  The FASST Life membership is a program here to support, educate and challenge you to become the healthiest version of you.

Take Control of Your Health is an online program that provides you with ongoing education and support to keep you focused and motivated.

We bring our clinic to you through Facebook lives, blogs and podcasts (coming soon). 

We work with the FASST Plan to bring you a science based nutritional program that can help you to feel better, sleep better and lose weight.  Our private Facebook page provides a supportive online community that can help with any questions or struggles you are facing on this journey to good health.

Throughout the year we will talk about mindset, habit building skills and provide you the CORRECT information on what to do so you can be the best version of you.
