Today’s medical system is complicated and expensive. We have the answer.
Access to primary care has proven to decrease the overall cost of healthcare. Increasing that access through text and email provides cost savings for both patients and employers.
Employers can provide Direct Primary Care memberships to their employees as a healthcare benefit.
For a low monthly charge, patients have 24/7 access to their provider through office visits, text, email and phone.
Your membership includes ALL office visits and in-office testing. No more copays, coinsurance or surprise bills.
With transparent pricing, save money on any pharmacy costs. Membership DOES have its privileges.
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a membership model for primary care. For a low monthly charge, patients have 24/7 access to their provider through office visits, text, email and phone. Being able to access your provider after hours results in less emergency room and hospital visits… you know, that really expensive part of medicine.
In addition, all office visits are included in the membership: yearly physicals, DOT physicals, pre-employment physicals, and sports physicals. No more copays, coinsurance or surprise bills after the fact. Any in office testing, such as strep, mono, EKGs, PT/INR is also included. All additional labs not included are priced at cost + 10% (average price ranges from $4 – $10). To see a more detailed list of what’s included in a DPC membership scroll to the next section.
In today’s world of ever-rising healthcare costs, you can’t afford NOT to consider Direct Primary Care. There are over 1800 Direct Primary Care clinics saving our country millions of dollars in healthcare costs. Since CostCare brought the first DPC practice to Montana in 2018, there are now 10 DPC practices throughout the state.
Traditional Primary Care | Direct Primary Care | |
---|---|---|
Office Visits | $130 - $300 | included |
Deductibles | $1,500 - $10,000 | none |
Labs | $28 - $110 | $3 - $38 |
Xray | $150 - $400 (does not include read fee) | $110 (includes read fee) |
Orthopedic MRI | $1,600 - $2,200 | $500 - $700 |
ER Visits | $2,500 (average cost of ER visit) | Extended access decreases the likelihood you would have to go to an ER |
We know how expensive it is to deal with traditional insurance.
As deductibles and costs continue to rise, we’ve created a membership plan that keeps your primary healthcare costs under control.
There is a registration fee of $50 per person, or $100 per family. Registration fees are decreased for businesses offering Direct Primary Care to their employees.
