Dr. Bridges graduated from the University of California, Irvine, with a medical degree in 1995 and completed her residency in Spokane, Washington, in 1998. She relocated to Missoula and has been practicing for more than 20 years. In 2007, she founded CostCare with Lesley Von Eschen PA-C.
Lesley Von Eschen graduated from Idaho State University with a Physician Assistant degree in 1998. She worked at various emergency rooms in Montana, Washington, and Idaho before forming CostCare with Dr. Bridges in 2007.
Dr. Holman received his Bachelor’s Degree at Dartmouth College before attending Tulane University in New Orleans for medical school. In 2018 he moved to Missoula and completed three years of specialty training in Family Practice at Partnership Health Center and St. Patrick’s Hospital prior to joining the team at CostCare. Dr. Holman has truly found a home in Missoula with his wife Katie, whom he met in New Orleans. They have a one year old son, Wesley, who they can’t wait to raise exploring the woods, lakes, and rivers of this beautiful state.
Emerald joined our practice summer of 2021 as a certified nurse practitioner who graduated from Chamberlain University. While practicing for CostCare she continues to serve in the United States Army Reserve as a trauma operating room nurse. She began her nursing career in 2016 in Jamestown, North Dakota. Emerald has been an RN for 6 years with most of her career being dedicated to working on trauma surgical teams. She thrives on providing patient care and carries enthusiasm to grow as a healthcare provider. Emerald’s philosophy for healthcare is to treat each patient as an individual requiring individualized care. Emerald is a third generation Montanan and enjoys hiking, biking, and skiing with her family.
Caitlin received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Emory University. She graduated with her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Emory University in 2019 in order to pursue her passion for preventative healthcare. Caitlin enjoys the long-term patient relationships that can be formed in primary care and enjoys the variety of caring for people of all ages, with a particular interest in women’s health. She values the importance of lifestyle choices in preventing disease and maintaining lifelong health. Caitlin moved back to Montana in 2020 after living in Atlanta for six years. She and her boyfriend have two dogs and love to fish, paddleboard, and hike.
Jenn was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and moved to Missoula, in 2001. She graduated with her Physician Assistant degree from the MEDEX Northwest Program in 2012. Jenn has been a PA for ten years and has extensive primary care experience. She is proficient in numerous procedures including Nexplanon placements, toenail removals, skin biopsies and procedures in the urgent care setting. Prior to CostCare, she worked at Providence Medical Group – Missoula Family Medicine where she helped to build the practice from one provider to five. Jenn enjoys working in family medicine and urgent care and is excited to help you on your medical journey. Jenn lives in Missoula with her two dogs and keeps busy running, hunting, fishing and skiing. She enjoys being very active and loves the opportunity living in Missoula offers.
Sarianna (Sari) is the newest addition to our practice. She was born and raised here in Missoula. She attended Montana State University for her undergraduate degree and the University of Washington for her PA training, where she graduated with honors. She is very grateful to be able to return to her hometown of Missoula to practice. Sari believes her role as a provider is to be a partner and advocate for her patients. She loves hiking, spending time on the water, traveling and going on adventures with her fiance, Tevan.
Jill started working at CostCare in 2008, the year after it was established. She absolutely loves her job and is incredibly proud of the impact CostCare has had on the local community. When not working, Jill enjoys being with her family and friends and especially likes getting “lost in the woods” on one of her many girl’s backpacking trips! Next up, TBD…
Originally from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho Colleen graduated from the University of Montana and has made Montana home. She and her husband have raised their three children here in Missoula and enjoy a variety of activities the community has to offer. Spending summers on Flathead Lake, exploring the hiking trails, fishing and attending UM Grizzly sporting events have become family passions. Colleen has been an employee of Costcare since 2012 and is inspired and dedicated to making it a valuable asset and resource for the community. “I am very proud of the foot we at Cost Care put forward in making an impact and empowering the lives of so many.”
Whitney was born in Missoula and raised in the small town of Thompson Falls. Missoula has been home for the last 12 years where she enjoys spending her time at the surrounding lakes, in the mountains and attending Grizzly athletics. She especially looks forward to taking her nephew along on all her adventures. Whitney began her career at CostCare in 2013 as a receptionist while completing her Associate of Applied Science in Medical Billing and Coding program.
As a lifelong Montana resident, Michelle loves our great state and all it offers. After graduating from the University of Montana in 1989 with a degree in Interpersonal Communications, she worked in the wireless industry before embarking on her most fulfilling role as a full-time, stay-at-home mom. She is an avid volunteer for many organizations including Sentinel Kiwanis, the Missoula Downtown Foundation and St. Francis Xavier parish. Michelle and her husband, Mike enjoy spending time at Lindbergh Lake, cheering for the Griz and the Zags and traveling. In her Community Outreach role at CostCare, Michelle focuses on connecting people and local businesses with premium, personalized, affordable health care.
Barb started working part time at CostCare in 2009. After being a stay at home mom to 5 children she was pretty excited to have a job that fit perfectly into her life. Barb and her husband are empty nesters now raising 2 boxer puppy sisters. They love every second with their children and grandchildren, from playing a game to beach and mountain vacations. She hopes working at CostCare will always be part of her life.
RECEPTIONIST / BILLING SPECIALIST
Diane has been working in both reception and accounts receivable at CostCare for 14 years. Outside of work, Diane’s husband and two boys are her greatest joy. Diane has lived in Missoula for 23 years, where she loves to spend time outdoors enjoying all that Montana has to offer. Diane finds working in healthcare to be extremely rewarding and is privileged to be a part of this team.
Karen has lived in Missoula for over 40 years and calls it home. After being raised in Polson and working various jobs, moving to Missoula provided Karen many more advantages than a small town of 2700. Widowed at a young age, Karen has two grown sons and is very proud of them both. Her two dogs keep her busy. Karen has worked in healthcare for over 40 years, wearing many different hats. “Joining the CostCare team has been a healthy change for me both physically and mentally. CostCare took a chance on me and now I have been with them for 7 years. I look forward to all the new changes and directions CostCare will take in the future.”
After being raised in the Flathead Valley, Erik attended the University of MT and graduated with a bachelors in Human-Biology. While working as a Phlebotomist through his degree, he split the seasons in Missoula by golfing the summers and skiing the winters. He has ambitions to pursue further education and apply into a Health-Sciences Graduate School program in the future.
Born and raised in Montana, Marie Ann graduated from the University of Montana Medical Assistant program. She lives outside of town with her daughter, two dogs, a cat, chickens, and numerous horses. She enjoys doing anything outdoors, hiking, swimming, kayaking, and riding horses.
Born and raised in Missoula, Jenna graduated from the University of Montana with an Associates degree in Medical Assisting. Moving to Evaro, MT in 2011, this is where her family now calls home. Jenna has been an employee with CostCare since 2019. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, boating at the lake, river rafting and relaxing at the local hot springs.
Born and raised here in Missoula, Jenni graduated from the Medical Assisting program at Missoula College through the University of Montana. Jenni loves to spend her summers kayaking on Seeley Lake and her winters hiding from the cold inside with a good book and her pet cat. Never wanting to grow up, Jenni spends much of her time volunteering with the kids at her local church.
Cat shares your excitement about self-care, recreation and bringing your inner beauty to the surface. She strives to practice what she preaches with a healthy balance of family, play and work life. She grew up in Southern California, then moved on to Las Vegas where she enjoyed over a decade in show business. She’s a graduate of UNLV school of Nursing. Cat celebrates her 35 years as a Registered Nurse and 15 years as a certified nurse injector at CostCare in the health and beauty industry. Aesthetics remains a growing field and Cat strives to learn new techniques and tips by attending ongoing training sessions. However, Cat’s passion comes from assisting patients achieve their best overall look and feel. “I want our patients to glow!”
Whitney is one of the newer faces at CostCare but has a longstanding history with all things health and beauty. Whitney thoroughly enjoys building and maintaining relationships with clients to help them empower themselves and feel confident in their skin. Whether it be a laser treatment or skincare recommendation, Whitney aims to provide every patient with a professional, attentive, and friendly service in an exceptional environment.
Sadi graduated from the University of Montana with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Sadi and her husband are raising their two children and loving all the activities the community provides. She has been working for CostCare for 4 years and is confident the experience and knowledge gained at CostCare will be instrumental in furthering her career in the medical field.
Julie was born and raised in Helena, then ventured over to Missoula to attend the University of Montana. She studied Radiologic Technology and occasionally works as a travel technologist when not at CostCare. Julie feels fortunate to have also raised her 3 children in Montana. Her favorite pastimes include travel, DIY projects and exploring all of the rivers, mountains and lakes that Montana has to offer.
Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Montana, then moved to Maryland in 2002 where she attended PA school. She spent 6 years working in Emergency Medicine in Maryland and Virginia. Jennifer moved back to Missoula in 2008 and has 19 years of experience in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Trauma, and Acute Care Surgery.
Andrea and her family have lived in Missoula and called Missoula home for 27 years. She has 3 adult children and 3 busy grandchildren. Andrea has worked with CostCare for 12 years, wearing many different hats over the years. Three years ago, she accepted a position at Missoula College as an adjunct professor teaching the Medical Assisting program. She considers it a privilege to have the opportunity to infuse our community with much needed medical assistants. She states that it is because of her experience at CostCare that she has this wonderful opportunity. Andrea couldn’t stray too far from her CostCare family so she still works 1 day a week with us as well.
Wendy was born and raised in Missoula and is a 3rd generation Montanan. She is married and has raised 5 children and enjoys her 7 grandchildren. Wendy has worked as a medical receptionist since 2011, and is currently studying for her limited x-ray tech license. In their down time, Wendy and her husband love spending time with their big family fishing, camping, on the lakes, and on their Harleys as much as they can.
